MHPP is made up of 17 Registered Provider's (RP's) who manage affordable homes across Manchester. The RP's are divided into lead and support partners.

Northwards Housing is a not-for-profit ALMO (arm’s length management organisation) managing over 13,000 City Council homes across north Manchester.

They own and manage more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester. They make a difference to people and places by creating opportunities, transforming communities and changing lives.
Southway is a committed and forward-thinking not-for-profit local housing company and are passionate about providing excellent homes and outstanding customer care.
They own and manage almost 6,000 homes across Burnage, Chorlton, Didsbury and Withington and provide services for tenants, residents, the environment and wider community of south Manchester and beyond.
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) manages almost 14,000 properties, providing homes to more than 20,000 people in South Manchester and provides local employment to 560 colleagues.
WCHG’s vision is to create “a community where people choose to live and work, having pride in their homes and services”. WCHG boasts an impressive £100m development portfolio which will create 836 new homes leaving a lasting legacy for the Wythenshawe Community.

Their members build, renovate and manage low-cost housing for rent and sale. They work to help regenerate neighbourhoods and increase life opportunities for disadvantaged individuals and communities.
The Riverside Group Limited is a group of complementary businesses driven by a clear social purpose, with a charitable Housing Association at its heart. Riverside currently owns and manages 52,000 social and shared ownership homes nationwide.

Johnnie Johnson Housing is a not-for-profit housing association dedicated to offering quality homes for independent living.
They provide a wide range of quality homes for 5,000 residents in the North West, North East, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
They have particular expertise in providing housing and services for older people and their portfolio includes purpose built retirement properties available for rent, shared ownership and leasehold.

It is committed to improving people’s lives by providing as many high quality affordable homes as possible, and the housing and care services that customers most need. It has more than 140,000 customers across the country, living in more than 66,000 homes.

People First operate, an established Community Support Service across Manchester, working with vulnerable people with a range of needs. They also own and manage 300 properties of various sizes in Hulme, and in 2018 opened their first day nursery, following successful registration with Ofsted.
