About the Partnership

Strengthening Manchester's Housing Together

MHPP brings together 18 registered housing providers and Manchester City Council. Together we manage over 68,000 homes and work collaboratively to tackle the city’s most pressing housing challenges — from homelessness prevention to sustainability and community resilience.

Our Priorities

How we make a difference

We lead by bringing people together

We unite the city's housing providers around shared priorities, enabling collective action that has greater impact than any organisation could achieve alone.

We act with purpose and clarity

We focus on what matters most for Manchester's residents and neighbourhoods — and we communicate our goals and progress clearly.

We create meaningful, measurable change

Our work results in visible improvements in communities, opportunities, homes and wellbeing — with tangible outcomes that matter to people's lives.
